My philosophy is about empowering you how to listen and honour your body through mindful eating, emjoying your meals and focussing on a plant-based nutrient dense lifestyle while still enjoying (your facourite treat) – mine is champagne and dark chocolate.

 Nutrition is measured by how we feel and research is uncovering on a daily basis how our bodies are affected by our genetics, hormones, environment, career, relationships, movement and our spiritual well being.  I will empower you through this journey to become more aware of your body, mind and soul connection and the impact it has on your health.

 My areas of coaching are completely personalized as we are all individuals and I am a firm believer that one man’s food is another man’s poison.
