My philosophy is about learning to listen to your body, honouring it through mindful eating and enjoying meals while focusing on a plant-based nutrient-dense lifestyle. I still like to have champagne and chocolate occasionally.
Nutrition is measured by how we feel and research is uncovering new findings about how our bodies are affected by our genetics, hormones, environment, career, relationships and spiritual well-being. I'll empower you to become more aware of your body-mind connection and its impact on your health.
My coaching is tailored to fit each individual. Each of us is unique, and what doesn’t work for one person might work wonderfully for another.
