Blueberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • Half a Cup of Fresh Blueberries

  • 150ml of Almond Milk

  • 1 Tablespoons of Shelled Hemp Seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon of Oats

  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 1 Teaspoon of Almond Butter or Tahini

  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Powder

  • 2 Pitted Dates

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth and top with your favourite healthy toppings.

  2. Adjust liquid if needed for desired consistency.
