Vegan French Toast
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds 
- 1/2 Tablespoon Maple Syrup 
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon 
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 
- 4 Slices Sourdough Bread 
- Toppings of choice : Coconut Yoghurt, Berries, Maple Syrup, Sliced Banana, Coconut Cream 
- Coconut Oil 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients (except the bread)in a deep bowl. 
- Place in fridge for 15 minutes. 
- Dip and soak each slice of bread in the batter for 20-25 seconds. 
- Heat Teaspoon on Coconut oil in pan. Cook until golden brown underneath then carefully flip over and cook until golden brown on the other side. 
- Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
